Our room was cozy and quiet, a perfect little retreat! The newly remodeled kitchen was a plus, and the breakfast served was fresh and tasty. Just a bit of noise from the porch light kept me on my toes at night, but overall, a solid stay!

Very peaceful experience there. The hotel with nicely furnished rooms, in a beautiful area, to the residence. Delicious breakfast for every taste. Very comfy beds, a sitting area, an ironing set, and a work desk in the room. Amazing staff of the property. Absolutely perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere. Nearby Cheddar's Restaurant - great place to chill out.

Traffic noise kept creeping in, more than anticipated, but you can eventually tune it out for a decent night's sleep. Communication about accessing breakfast required text prompts in advance. Forget to send one, and you're out of luck. Pictures showcasing family areas are misleading. Guests have no access to a shared dining room or common spaces, leaving the experience feeling secluded compared to a typical bed and breakfast.

Absolutely the most underwhelming stay ever. First, minimal contact with the hosts. Second, no wifi meant no breakfast-what a disaster! I also thought complimentary breakfast woudl ve been included as part of the package. I almost left a good review but just couldn't do it.

Yo, those hamburgers nearby were clutch! I also loved chatting with the chickens on my way to do laundry-definitely added to the charm. Plus, breakfast was served right on time!

The way hosts Tim and Rachel took our money was a bit rough. When we needed to cancel, their silent treatment and a cheeky message thanking us for a tip felt pretty off. Just was like they didn't care.

I stayed in a cozy, quiet Budget Double Room and it was like my own little sanctuary! The kitchenette was equipped with everything I needed, from a full fridge to a coffee maker-perfect for those early mornings. To top it all off, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast delivered right to my room!

The lack of direct communication with hosts is jarring!!! Family spaces are off-limits and totally misleading. Minimal breakfast choices and awkward food delivery add to the disappointment. Better decor maintenance could go a long way!!!

Yo, I was in a Beautiful Room for 3 nights, and it was on point! Super clean, cozy vibes, and the breakfast brought straight to my room? Chef's kiss! The bed? Best sleep I've had in ages. Definitely coming back for that peaceful country feel and those adorable animals roaming around. Can't wait for the next breakfast treat!

This place is incredibly beautiful and we liked it, especially the wide range of breakfast options that included coffee and tea.

When I got there, the room was nicely decorated and had a cool ensuite bathroom. 😎.

The beds here are super comfy, and they have central heating to keep you warm. You also get a TV with lots of channels and a microwave for your snacks 📺. the bathroom has been redone and has a nice bathtub with good drainage. Plus, it's in a great spot with parking nearby for added convenience.

The double room was quite peaceful, and it had its own bathroom 🛁, so guests had everything they needed right there.
